Individual cups transport potatoes over load cells which weigh the tubers to an accuracy of 5g.

The cups are a durable plastic and clip onto a carriage which has a tipping mechanism.

Attached to a drive chain the cup and carriage is easily fitted to the chain without any specialist tools.  In case of any breakage the replacement time for a cup is kept low.

Distribution of weighed crop is determined at the computer and is delivered to the side of the machine by a conveyor. 

At chosen outlets a solenoid trips the cup mechanism and the tuber is tipped from the cup onto the side delivery conveyor.

No limit to the number of outlets means you can have whatever wiegth you want at any number of outlets.
