A 1200mm wide heavy duty Prowash Mobile Washer with an infeed Web Elevator with Pre Soak Section at the infeed. The Elevator is 900mm wide with a 15mm web gap and fitted with a variable speed motor. Over the top of the Web are spray bars. A splash curtain is fitted round the infeed end.

The Web feeds onto a 1200mm wide Brush Washer fitted with special type brushes driven by a fixed speed motor. Over the brushes is a cabinet with spray bars. To the end of the brushes is a clean rinse bar. Over the brushes is one adjustable contra rotating top brush.

Washed potatoes then pass onto a Roller Table or Sponge Drier.

Fitted under the Washing Unit is a scraper chain system scraping soil etc out into a skip at the infeed end of the Unit. The scraper chain driven via a heavy duty fixed speed motor. The scraper chain is set to run continuously and scrapes the solids out of the tank into a Skip. The scraper chains runs for one hour after the unit is closed down. Fitted to the side of the tank is a knife valve.

To the side of the Washer is a pump with a scraper chain Conveyor, the pump pumping water back to the spray bars above the Brush Washer and Web. A float valve is fitted in the side of the Washer to fill it up at night.

All mounted on a chassis with wheels, detachable drawbar and levelling jacks and optional canopy over the inspection area.
